Originally Inspired by Joe Satriani's Boss DS-1 Pedal, which was a big part of his rig for years, the Vox Satchurator has a more responsive "Dynamic Circuit" which to many people's ears, sounds better than a Stock DS-1.
It plays better with Clean amplifiers and responds to not only your playing dynamics but the overall volume from your guitar.
There's a "pad" switch to help attenuate higher signals from other pedals.
And then there's more... more of everything that's wonderful with this pedal.
The More is Boost which gives you two distortion settings in one pedal.
Players have said that the overall sounds is "much improved" from the Original DS-1 inspiration, with the distortion being much more "musical".
This Consignment pedal is in excellent condition with a few wear marks/chips in the paint - as seen in the pictures.
Can be powered by a 9 volt battery or optional power supply (not included)
