USED Schecter PT Telecaster 80's Made in USA w/bag

'Who' plays this guitar!?

Ok, we stole that from a 1980's Schecter Ad for the PT Telecaster - Pete Townshend.

These were also known as the 'Saturn' model and adopted as the PT.

This USA Made Schecter is a very cool player guitar and has had a few things done to it...

This USA Saturn PT features an original Schecter Neck, Body and Machine Heads.
The gorgeous 21 Fretted maple neck had a behind the nut string lock on at some point and the string trees have been removed. As seen by the remaining holes on the headstock.

Heel of the neck is Stamped "SCHECTER"

At some point the body was routed for a middle single coil pickup and has been filled in.
There were 2 mini switches added and near the tone control and those holes have been fillled in too.
The original Schecter trem bridge has been replaced. There is a filled in part in the body behind the existing bridge.
The current bridge is a 2TEK and has expertly been installed.
We're guessing that the filling of holes and re-finishing was all done at the same time as the installation of the 2TEK bridge.
Everything has been done very well.

Original pickups have been removed and the bridge pickup was teken from a PRS and the neck pickup was taken from an SG Standard.

The 3 way switch and volume control have been swapped in location.

Overall this guitar is in Very Good condition with some play wear, more noticed along the sides of the neck.
