USED Fender '65 Super Reverb Amplifier, Re-Issue- CONSIGNMENT
45 Watt all tube 4x10 guitar combo amplifier with Jensen Speakers, Reverb and Tremolo.
Yes... the Holy Grail of Fender amps have been the Princeton and the Deluxe Reverb, mainly because of their size and weight to Tone ratio. They're great little powehouse amplifiers that can cover all things country to rock to blues and beyond.
BUT... if you know, you know. And people know about the Super Reverb.
Nothing sounds like a good Super Reverb. They're smurftastic.
45 Watts of 6L6 power tubes feeding 4 Jensen P10R speakers.
Then there's the luscious Spring Reverb and the Fender Tremolo... both unique tones to Fender that everyone have been trying to replicate/do better. None, none better.
Done to the specs of the '65 Black Panel circuit.
A great clean pedal platform amplifier - with lots of clean headroom.
A great blues amp - something that had been a favorite electric blues amplifier ever since the 60's.
So yeah, it's another fantastic tone machine from Fender. It's a little heavier than the mentioned Princeton or Deluxe Reverb and a little louder for small venues but nothing sounds like these tone monsters!
This Consignment amplifier is in Excellent condition. Caster have been attached but the original feet (if you want them) are included. Original 2 button vintage style footswitch is also included.
