Kramer Focus 6000 Electric Guitar circa 1986
Pointy Hockey Stick of Hair Metal Beauty!
Made in Japan, by ESP, the Focus series was Kramers off shore guitars offered in the 1980’s
This guitar screams!!
Originally this model sported an original Floyd Rose top mounted - no back route. This has been routed (aftermarket) to facilitate pulling the bar ‘sharp’ and floating when in rest. The following year Kramer started routing a cavity for the Floyd Rose. This original Floyd Rose has been replaced with an offshore Jackson Floyd Rose Licensed Locking Tremelo and black lock nuts. Original 22 fret maple neck with rosewood fret board.
Original bridge pickup has been replaced with a hi output Dimarzio, neck pickup is an offshore aftermarket single coil - middle pickup is original. Features 3 mini toggle on/off switches (one for each pickup) and a master volume control.
The guitar is in very good - excellent condition - featuring the gorgeous Kramer “Flip Flop Blue” finish - in some light it looks candy blue, in other light it changes to a candy green type of finish.
