From 2005, this is a wonderful example of the Ibanez Made in Japan - Fujigen, as part of their Prestige Series.
Everything you would want in an RG Series Guitar from Ibanez...
Basswood RG Style Body, 5 Piece Maple/Walnut Neck, with the "Wizard Prestige" neck profile, 24 Junbo Frets, Ibanez All Access Slim Neck Joint, Rosewood Fingerboard and Edge Pro Locking Tremolo Bridge in Cosmo Black.
In fact, the hardware is all Black, complimented by the "Mirage Blue" finish.
This is a real exciting finish - at a glance, it almost looks Black/Deep Deep Blue but when light hits it... look out! Sparkle Sparkle time. The blue almost has a purple hue to it. It's tough to really capture this finish with the photos, but just imagine the stage lights hitting this thing!
Pickups are Ibanez V8 and V7 Humbucking pickups - black bobbins, no covers, Alnico 5 Magnets and the Single coil in the Middle position is an Alnico 5 S1.
5 Way blade switch for pickup selection and a Master Volume and Tone.
This is, again, a great example of the Japanese Prestige guitars from Ibanez and just a great example of the RG Shred machines, with thin shreddy necks. Widdly Widdly.
This used guitar is in Excellent condition with a few small play wear marks, light scratches and dings - as seen in the pictures.
There is a small impression ding on the back of the neck, more on the treble side of things.
There's some rust from the sweat of whatever shredder was shredding with this shred guitar, as evident on a few of the pickup poles and some parts of the bridge assembly.
Comes with the all important Wahmmy Bar.
