USED Gibson 1975 Les Paul Deluxe Wine Red w/Kahler & Case - CONSIGNMENT

Les Paul Deluxe by Name but this is a Super Deluxe by someone's magical hands!!
Gibson Wine Red Les Paul Deluxe, circa 1974/75 with some very special modifications...

Pete Townshend switched to Les Paul Deluxes in the 70's but added an extra Super Distortion pickup in the middle position... I think this is where we can start.
This Deluxe, featuring a Mahognay neck (pre maple necks) does feature Super Distortions but... the Original Mini Humbucker pickups have been replaced by Dimarzio P-90 Sized Super Distortion Pickups - DP209.
Original tuners have been replaced with Gold Schallers.
Sometime in the 80's a Gold Kahler trem bridge was instaleld, replacing the original Tune-o-matic and stop tail. This is a top mount Kahler, so there has been some routing to the top of the body for the installation.
A gold poker chip has replaced the original.
The wiring pots and switch are original to the guitar.
Comes with Original Gibson Case, in good condition.
This Consignment guitar is in Very Good+ condition and is very cool. Has a very cool vibe to it.
there is the normal play wear you would associate with a guitar of this age - as seen in photos - including some wear on the back of the body and edges and some wear along the edge of the neck, from play.
