USED BOSS CE-3 Chorus 1984 Green Labell MIJ - CONSIGNMENT
Stereo Analog Chorus Pedal with controls for Rate and Depth and stereo/vibrato modes.
To quote the masses...
"From 1982 - '92 the Boss CE-3 was the workingman's chorus effect"
Featured on lots of recordings from that era, it's part of the Sound of the 80's.
The poor CE-3 get's overlooked and overshadowed by the CE-2 and the Roland CE-1 Chorus/Vibrato but... it's a gem of a pedal that's fantastic and surprisingly versatile.
Controls for Rate, Depth and a Mode knob that gives you sounds you may not be expecting...
When using it in Stereo, the 1st mode gives you the chorus effect coming out of both A and B output but the B output is the invewrse of the effect.
The 2nd mode is a wet/dry mode, often referred to as the "Vibrato" mode.
When in stereo, output A has the effect and B is dry.
This mode in Mono - coming out of A only, gives you a Vibrato effect.
Super lush, super versatile. You'll get washed away by this effect pedal!
This Consignment pedal is in Very Good Condition - excellent function, Very Good cosmetic, with some wear on the pedal case - as seen in the pictures.
NOTE this pedal can be powered by 9 volt battery or ACA BOSS power supply (or equivalent) NOT the current BOSS PSA adapter.
